PLASTGrommet to Showcase Leading Banner Finishing Technology at C!Print
The PLASTGrommet Evolve Air&Wedge hot air welder will be on show for the first time in Spain
December 16th, 2024 - Leading manufacturer of solutions for wide-format print finishing and media handling PLASTGrommet will showcase a number of new products at C!Print. Taking place at IFEMA in Madrid, Spain, from January 14-16, 2025, C!Print is the meeting point for the printing, visual communication, and personalisation sectors. PLASTGrommet will be exhibiting on booth H16.
Three new products will be demonstrated at the show: the Evolve Air&Wedge hot air welder, launched at FESPA 2024 in Amsterdam, will be on show for the first time in Spain; the RollMax e-Lifter media roll lifter; and the BullRack MAX roll storage solution, enabling storage of larger-sized rolls up to 250mm.
The Evolve is a versatile welding solution which allows hemming, pole pockets, tape welding, keder, and more, all at high speed. Its ease of use means that the Evolve can be operated by any member of the team without requiring specific training or qualifications.
A premium model within PLASTGrommet’s range of media roll lifters, the RollMax e-Lifter is an electric lifter with a cradle specifically designed to avoid marks and damage and is capable of loading media up to 450 kg in weight and 5 metres in length. Streamlining the production process on the print room floor, the RollMax e-Lifter enables a single operator to perform any loading tasks regardless of the weight and dimensions of the roll.
Also showcased on the PLASTGrommet booth will be automatic eyelet presses for transparent and metal eyelets; smaller manual and semi-automatic eyelet presses; and tools and accessories such as car wrapping squeegees, banner and webbing tape, and cambuckle lashing straps.
